Replacement Policy


Premium Life Insurance Lead replacement policy:

An invalid lead is defined as a lead where the contact details are obviously fake, or where the name and contact details do not match, or where the customer is from overseas, or where there has been a duplicate lead supplied within 3 days of the original.

If any of these scenarios occurs, we will provide a free replacement lead.

Web Generated Basic Leads & Telephone Generated Basic Leads:

Where the telephone number is not recognised or is a dead line a replacement lead will be provided.

Unfit Grounds for Invalidity

We will not provide a refund for leads where the applicant has sourced their advice elsewhere following submission of their enquiry. We recommend you contact a lead as quickly as possible to prevent the applicant shopping around.

We will not provide a refund for leads who have changed their mind about receiving advice, or whose circumstances have changed, after submitting their enquiry.

We will not provide refunds on the basis of affordability.

We will not provide a refund if the applicant is uninsurable due to medical conditions.

If a lead is deemed to be invalid we will immediately arrange for a replacement lead to be delivered.
